The Production Operator plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of beverages. You'll be responsible for monitoring machines, verifying product specifications, maintaining safety standards, and supporting line operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety, health, GMP, food safety, and company policies
Understand and properly operate all safety switches, interlocks, and devices
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Check product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility
Complete packaging changeovers efficiently and correctly
Accurately complete required quality and packaging documentation
Operate a forklift safely and pass the Forklift Operator License test
Experience: 2 3 years as a Production Operator in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
Language: Proficient in English-verbal and written communication
Skills:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Work independently and as part of a team
Prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Prolonged periods of walking or standing
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 60 F to 90 F+
Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods
