Title: Senior Project Manager

Client: Key Bank

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sr. Project Manager to lead the Remote Capture project from concept through execution. This individual will oversee timelines, budgets, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level communication, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule. This role will also function as a Scrum Master over 1 2 Agile squads, facilitating key ceremonies and driving Agile best practices.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as Scrum Master over 1 2 Agile squads, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project status updates, risk escalations, and milestone tracking across leadership and technical squad.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors (e.g., Deluxe).
• Monitor sprint progress, remove blockers, and manage project dependencies.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools to manage project artifacts and communication.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years' experience in project management, with hands-on experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
