Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $19 to $26 per hour Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will help to shape and promote our brand's image, engage with the media, and connect with our audience through compelling storytelling and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will be a passionate communicator with a strong understanding of public relations practices, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to various campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, fact sheets, and media kits to effectively communicate messages to the public.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives to enhance coverage opportunities.
• Monitor media coverage and report on trends and insights related to the organization's visibility.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for events, including press conferences and media briefings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned across all channels.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to tailor content for various audiences.
• Proficient in media monitoring tools and social media platforms to track coverage and engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with media and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
