A Day with Us as a Quality Control Supervisor

In Beaumont, CA, our team is actively seeking a meticulous Quality Control Supervisor. Your daily mission will include applying your keen eye to ensure industry excellence, from inspecting products to maintaining top-tier quality standards. With your expertise in measurement system analysis and injection molding, you will champion quality at every step.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and refine quality inspection operations.
• Execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for validating precision.
• Document and manage quality records and reporting.
• Collaborate with the production department to prevent and solve quality concerns.
• Instruct and coach your team on quality methodologies and inspection strategies.
• Lead initiatives to boost the quality of our offerings continually.
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Monitor the productivity and serviceability of injection molding systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a quality inspection capacity, especially in manufacturing settings.
• Detailed understanding of MSA principles and their applications.
• Experience with operational aspects of injection molding.
• Proficient in analytical thinking and resolving problems.
• Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Independent working capability with a collaborative mindset.
• Committed to detail and absolute quality commitment.
• Quality management certification is a plus.
