Job Description

The Young Team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our Operations team. This pivotal role ensures a seamless buying and selling experience for both clients and agents, managing the sale process from accepted offer, through home inspections and loan approval, all the way through to key handover.   • $45,000 - $50,000 yearly salary
  • Option for health benefits and 401(k)

• Hybrid schedule post 90-day introductory period Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating and managing all aspects and expectations of the home buying and selling processes, from providing contract documents to 3rd parties, coordinating inspections, walk-throughs, and appraisals, reviewing ALTA statements, and delivering keys
  • Manage communication between clients, agents, vendors, and co-brokers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are aligned
  • Oversee point of sale requirements (including septic/well inspections as needed)
  • Daily pipeline management and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide updates and ensure a high-touch experience
  • Ensure all documentation is properly e-filed and compliant with our brokerage and MLS requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working with various personalities and managing client expectations
  • Systems-oriented with a love for process and efficiency
  • Passionate about helping others and providing a seamless client experience
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and self-starting approach
  • Previous experience in real estate or transaction coordination is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools is a plus
