Job Description

Round Hill Search is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to join a boutique law firm in Los Angeles (Westside). This role provides critical support to attorneys and paralegals handling complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in deal management within a law firm setting.

Responsiblities:

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence to support commercial real estate transactions.

  • Draft and maintain critical date checklists for purchase and sale agreements.

  • Assist in the preparation of closing binders and coordinate post-closing deliverables.

  • Calendar transaction deadlines and manage reminders using Microsoft Outlook.

  • Manage, compile, and deliver signature pages to clients and title companies.

  • Coordinate the delivery of transactional documents via courier, FedEx, GLS, or messenger services.

  • Pr epare attorney expense reimbursements and check requests.

  • Redline, proofread, and format complex legal documents using firm templates and macros.

  • Maintain both electronic and hard copy files, uploading documents to the firm’s document management system (NetDocs).

  • Support the Corporate Department as needed, including corporate formations and state qualifications.

  • Order Good Standing Certificates and filing evidence for corporate entities.

  • Set up and manage client execution of documents through DocuSign.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings and appointments.

  • Provide light executive assistant support to attorneys, as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of legal support experience in a law firm environment, ideally within real estate or corporate practices.

  • Strong familiarity with commercial real estate and loan documents.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and proactive follow-through.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional client interaction.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (track changes, formatting, TOC/TOA, macros), Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel a plus.

  • Experience with NetDocs or similar DMS preferred.

  • Notary Public, or willingness to obtain, strongly preferred.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Professional demeanor with strong client service orientation.

  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to anticipate needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The hiring firm offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, occasional overtime
  • Compensation: Hourly
