Position Overview

This role requires an active real estate license.
If you’re licensed and hungry to put your skills to work in a specialty niche, we provide full training in our fix-and-flip property market—a high-demand sector where you can build long-term wealth.

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, your main focus is building relationships with real estate buyers who purchase fix-and-flip or rental properties—then matching them with the deals they want.

This position isn’t just about transactions. It’s about relationships, growth, leadership, and showing up with integrity and energy every day. If you want a simple clock-in/clock-out job, this isn’t the role. If you’re serious about creating a legacy, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Discipline: Follow systems, hit KPIs, and stay consistent with CRM tasks.
• Be Consistent: Show up every day with intention, effort, and reliability.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport, negotiate, and guide deals through closing with professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Share insights, support your teammates, and help raise the standard.

• Enthusiasm for teamwork and success
• Real estate experience, not required
