Regional Operations Manager job at Transsnet(C) China, US

Job Description

Responsible for the regional operation team of social products, including but not limited to guild operations, user operations, and event operations, with accountability for regional revenue.
Develop business objectives for each stage of the product within the region, break down key tasks, and drive operations, growth, and product goals.
Formulate and execute overall operational strategies (including but not limited to guild policy development, guild host recruitment, host content management, user and currency dealer policy formulation, etc.), data-driven, and accountable for the final outcomes.
Collect industry competitive product dynamics and information, understand competitors' guild operation strategies and core host resources, and adjust and optimize operational strategies in a timely manner.
