Role Summary:

• Responsible for enabling beneficial changes into production environment with minimum disruption to IT services, assuring a release scheduling, coordination between parties, execution, and burn-in support.

Job Description:

• Own the release lifecycle incl. scheduling, coordination, execution, and burn-in support across the change portfolio. Releases cover changes to applications, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware and network upgrades
• Enable beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services
• Manage the end-to-end change process, authorizing and documenting all changes across the lifecycle to IT infrastructure and its components
• Facilitate service transition and service operation, driving strategic, tactical, operational, and emergency changes
• Collaborate closely with the engineering teams, IT Operations, and management

• Very good knowledge of the IT Change Management area, including knowhow in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT process methodologies
• Good knowledge of methods and new ways of working (Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, etc.)
• Relevant higher education and professional background
