This position is remote and part-time , perfect for a college student building experience or a parent looking for flexible "mom hours." Candidate must live in Massachusetts. You'll help guests across our six brands including Launch Entertainment and My Gym to have the best experience possible - whether that's booking a birthday party, signing up for a membership, or answering questions with a smile.
Sales Superstar Stuff:
Promote and sell parties, events, memberships, tickets, and more.
Get to know our customers and match them with the perfect experience.
Process sales quickly and accurately through our CRM and POS systems.
Meet (and crush!) your sales goals while keeping it fun.
Share up-to-date info on pricing, promotions, and packages.
Customer Service Magic:
Answer calls, emails, and chat messages with friendly, professional energy.
Help guests with reservations, memberships, and account questions.
Solve problems and make sure every customer feels valued and heard.
Keep accurate records and update customer info in our CRM system.
Collaborate with teammates when challenges come up - we've got each other's backs!
Team & Growth:
Stay in the loop on new products, promos, and company updates.
Participate in team meetings and trainings to keep leveling up.
Bring a positive attitude to every interaction - we believe in good vibes and great service!
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus!).
Experience in sales or customer service is great.
Confident communicator who loves connecting with people.
Organized multitasker who can keep cool under pressure.
Comfortable using CRM and POS systems (or ready to learn).
A team player with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
Availability for some evenings or weekends if needed.
Bonus points for being bilingual or having experience in fitness, education, or entertainment industries!
