If you have proven experience selling Life and Health and Property Casualty Insurance, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to hit the ground running, we can provide you the customer service support and the industry best practices training. Top performers can earn up to $80,000 in commissions.   • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Requirements

  • Insurance Sales experience preferred
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively uncover a customer's need make recommendations accordingly
  • Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses required
