Are you ready to build something from scratch ?

MORE Nutrition , Germany’s leading functional nutrition brand, is expanding to the U.S.—and we’re looking for a VP Brand (gn) to make it happen.

This isn’t a strategy-only role. We’re looking for a builder , a doer , and a business owner . Someone who can go from P&L model to packaging compliance, from finding a co-manufacturer to launching the first influencer campaign. You’ll have full accountability for taking MORE into the U.S. market , from business case to launch and scale-up.

As the VP Brand (gn) for the USA, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing market entry strategy.

This is a remote position and must be based on the East Coast of the United States.

Your mission

• You define and execute the go-to-market strategy, taking full ownership of the U.S. market launch — driving execution across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience

• You build a locally relevant brand by crafting a compelling brand and product narrative tailored to U.S. consumers, while staying true to the brand’s core identity

• You define and own the business case by building the commercial model from the ground up, including P&L ownership, revenue planning, investment requirements, and a clear path to profitability

• You define the product and pricing strategy, shaping a high-impact portfolio and pricing approach for both direct-to-consumer and retail channels

• You establish operational and manufacturing foundations by securing scalable production, supply chain, and operational infrastructure — collaborating with HQ and local partners to ensure seamless execution

• You accelerate customer growth through the design and implementation of initiatives across paid media, influencer marketing, and community engagement to drive rapid brand adoption

• You drive performance through agility by continuously monitoring metrics, applying a test-and-learn mindset, and quickly adapting strategies to deliver measurable results

Your experience & skills

• You bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environments, combining strategic thinking with operational grit to build and scale brands from the ground up — often in ambiguous settings with limited data and structure

• You have successfully launched and scaled a brand in the U.S. by developing a locally resonant strategy across brand, operations, and growth

• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a hands-on attitude and a focus on rapid execution

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong passion to make a difference in a fast, agile, high-performing environment

• You are able to structure and manage complex projects and processes effectively

• You have excellent communication skills that help you align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward

• You bring a passion for nutrition — a plus that aligns with our brand values

• You speak English fluently
