Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
Benefits for Full-Time:

Job Overview:
RE/MAX Rental Resources is seeking an energetic Showing Specialist to join our team. As a Showing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting property showings and assisting in the leasing process by effectively communicating rental qualifications to prospective tenants. You will schedule and manage showings, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth experience for both tenants and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & Conduct Showings : Coordinate and show rental units to prospective tenants, clearly communicating rental qualifications and answering any questions.
  • Communication : Contact prospective and current tenants via phone, text, and email to schedule and confirm showings.
  • Service Tracking : Use digital applications for scheduling, tracking, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations while adhering to fast-paced schedules.
  • Provide Feedback : Create notes after each showing to offer suggestions for improving tenant reception of our units and to provide feedback to management.
  • Emergency Evaluation : Identify and report emergency issues with rental units to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Administrative Duties : Assist with front desk tasks, including creating work orders, generating rent receipts, and directing calls to relevant departments.
  • Flexibility : Be available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
  • Other Duties : Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Driver’s License : Valid driver’s license and corporate-insurable driving record required.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Property management experience is a plus.
  • Skills :
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements :
    • Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times per day (up to 10 times).
    • Extended periods of walking and climbing stairs of varying heights and styles.
    • Repetitive movements such as typing, dialing phones, and handling documents.
  • Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
