Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer to support enterprise automation initiatives for a major telecom client. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath, along with a strong background in automation frameworks and hands-on experience with AI integration in business workflows. Candidates must be local to Georgia and able to work in a hybrid setup .

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall experience in automation technologies .
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience working with Agentic AI frameworks/tools , with the ability to integrate autonomous AI agents into enterprise processes to enhance decision-making and operational adaptability.
• Experience with MetaBOT development.
• Ability to create modular, reusable code libraries and reference components to streamline automation efforts across teams.

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration , robotic process optimization , and RPA governance .
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and AI teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
