We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—assisting customers with shipping, printing, packing, and business services while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Greet customers with a positive, helpful attitude
Assist with packaging, shipping, printing, and mailbox services
Operate a POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products and services
Maintain store cleanliness and stock supplies as needed
Help customers with copy and print projects (training provided)
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Able to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
