We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect:

• You’ll work directly with customers, welcoming them and helping them find everything they need to complete their project in one trip.
• We offer opportunities for associates to be cross-trained in various product departments. You'll have the chance to explore and specialize in areas that interest you, with potential for professional growth into roles such as Department Specialist or Department Lead.
• We're looking for team players who can spot where help is needed and enjoy assisting others in a supportive environment.
• Associates will also receive cashier training and are expected to handle cashier responsibilities as needed.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (4 to 8 hours).

Qualifications:

• We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual with at least 2 years of experience in hardware retail. The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one of the following categories: Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, Tools, Paint.
• You must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is required.
