Lead Salesforce Projects to Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce-related projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This involves driving cross-functional IT programs, coordinating stakeholders across global teams, and applying a strong understanding of SDLC to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, leading IT-driven programs.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platforms (CRM, customization, and integration best practices).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale Salesforce projects.
• Solid knowledge of sales, service, and supply chain business processes.
• Automotive industry experience (preferred, not required).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.
