Hours: M-F Full time
Requirements: Master's Degree and PPS Credential
The School Counselor/School Mental Health Worker provides counseling to students in need of counseling and/or support with their mental health needs.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Licensing/Certification according to state/facility/contract requirement
+ The Counselor may be required to have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Psychology, Addictions, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or some other Human Development major per state, contract and/or facility guidelines.
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
