This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, providing essential services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and apply salt as per property requirements using company-provided equipment
• Deliver high-quality work to meet client expectations
• Remain on-call, with a focus on early morning hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme weather conditions

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

Compensation

Shovel crew members will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour .
