Now Hiring Security Site Supervisor-Conshohocken, PA 

DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Security Site Supervisor to join our team in West Chester, PA. Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values exceptional customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees. 

Pay: 

• $24.00/hour 

Available Schedules: 

• Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client. 
• Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures. 
• Train, mentor, and support security officers on site. 
• Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations. 
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. 
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Pre-Employment Requirements: 

• Must be at least?18 years old. 
• 1-3 years of Supervisor experience 
• A valid driver’s license is required. 
• Must have reliable transportation and communication. 
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
