Key Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records for clients by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Produce and reconcile month-end financial reports for multiple clients.
Supervise a team of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for clients.
File sales and other special taxes for clients.
Manage and contribute to special projects as needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
Is an expert in QuickBooks Online with 3-5 years of experience.
Has advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Is proficient with MS Outlook and MS Word.
Can manage multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently.
Has a strong understanding of auditing and reconciling third-party payroll reports to the general ledger.
Values professionalism and can manage confidential information with care.
Is service-oriented, positive, and eager to take on new challenges.
Is detail-oriented, well-organized, and communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrates leadership qualities and enjoys mentoring others.
Can multitask and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Has a positive "can-do" attitude and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with the potential for remote work in the future.
