About the Role:

CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on the Infrastructure Engineering team to help grow our global team of engineers focused on developing tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a first-class, highly available cloud platform at massive scale. This is a software development role where candidates with a strong background in Golang and React will shine.

 

What You'll Do:

The team is responsible for building and operating CrowdStrike's internal cloud management and developer platform. We're a small, remote-first team of full stack engineers building APIs and UIs in Go and TypeScript. You will:

 

  • Build new features in modern Single Page Applications using TypeScript and React

  • Develop and maintain microservices using Golang and modern cloud-native technologies

  • Build and enhance gRPC and RESTful APIs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines

 

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience

  • Strong experience in Golang, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python

  • Experience building gRPC and RESTful APIs

  • Experience building modern SPAs

  • Experience operating in Linux environments

  • Experience operating within the cloud, preferably AWS

  • Experience with CI/CD concepts

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

 

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, and deployment concepts

  • Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)

  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like FluxCD

  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
