As a senior technical leader, you'll provide strategic direction, hands-on expertise, and architectural guidance across a wide range of technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new and existing tools, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with Vanguard's mission. **This hybrid role can be based in either Charlotte, NC, or Malvern, PA**Core ResponsibilitiesLead critical software, middleware, and hardware projects across multiple platforms, delivering complex development, design, and architecture specifications.Ensure the viability and quality of IT deliverables, recommend architectural options, and approve technical outputs. Conduct rigorous testing and provide production support.Identify and approve technical solutions, resolve complex issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future problems.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, evaluate change impacts, and influence technical direction.Maintain deep knowledge of IT methodologies and emerging technologies.
