Overview

In this external, client-facing position, the Senior HR Technology Consultant is responsible for overseeing strategic HR technology consulting engagements, providing expert guidance to clients, and mentoring junior consultants. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion. *** Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 plus variable compensation ***

How you'll make an impact

  • Brainstorms, finalizes, and presents recommendations for solutions to the business dilemma with ample justification and practical advice.
  • Conducts objective research on current market trends, competitors, product demands, and other related topics to support critical analysis at an advanced level.
  • Organize and execute business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements; manage large complex projects and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Effectively engage with clients
  • Build ongoing relationships and may develop new business with new and existing clients
  • Draw upon personal and company knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clients
  • Facilitate discovery sessions for data gathering
  • Prepare proposals when appropriate
  • Manage budget & monitor projects
  • Develop work plan
  • Create work processes
  • Align Provider solution demonstrations with strategic client needs.
  • Deliver executive-level project updates and performance insights.
  • Develop and oversee strategic project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Drive change management and continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint).
  • Establish and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and decision-making sessions.
  • Influence and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead and manage high-risk, high-impact HR technology consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to inform future engagements.
  • Mentor junior consultant and contribute to strategic planning and team development.
  • Oversee and guide implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic input on resource planning, including hours reporting and team allocation.
  • Resolve critical project-related issues and escalate risks to senior leadership as needed.
  • Stay informed on HR technology trends and Provider offerings through proactive research and engagement.
About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

Preferred:
  • Extensive knowledge of HR technology platforms and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic client engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions.
  • Strong willingness to take on new project types
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR Technology consulting

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
