This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager – Aviation / Commercial in Yampa, Colorado (USA) .

In this role, you will oversee complex construction projects in the aviation and commercial sectors, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will provide leadership to project teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage all aspects of project execution from preconstruction planning to closeout. This position requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Your contributions will directly impact project success, client satisfaction, and organizational growth. Relocation to the project site is required, with opportunities to influence multiple projects simultaneously.

Accountabilities:

· Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.

· Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, insurances, bonds, and change orders.

· Ensure compliance with safety plans, inspections, and audits on-site.

· Coordinate preconstruction activities, including bid strategies, constructability reviews, and subcontractor buyouts.

· Manage risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and value engineering opportunities.

· Prepare timely project reports, financial assessments, and owner billings.

· Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

· Industry-related college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Minimum of 10 years of construction experience , including proven project management leadership.

· Experience managing multiple projects, commercial construction, and emerging market sectors preferred.

· Strong business judgment, leadership, negotiation, client relations, and conflict resolution skills.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to lead, teach, mentor, and develop team members effectively.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
