ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior UX Writer on the Product Writing team, you'll be customer-obsessed, shaping content strategies that deeply resonate with our listeners' needs and curiosities. Just when it seems a strategy is perfected, you'll envision thoughtful new ways to take it further, continuously evolving the content experience. Your creativity will transform profound customer insights into innovative content strategies that unleash the power of the spoken word.

ABOUT YOU
Life inspires your work. You look to yourself for insight, always striving for more, an expert in proactive strategic thinking. No stone is ever left unturned; you're all about asking the big questions and the small ones. The only thing more exciting than validating a content strategy is sharing it with your team. And as a collaborator and mentor, you've seen first-hand how constructive feedback and a growth mindset create an environment where everyone thrives. You're ready to hone your craft and broaden your content strategy skills, but the journey with your team is what drives you.

As a Senior UX Writer, you will…
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support user needs and business goals across multiple channels and platforms
- Conduct in-depth user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform content strategy, ensure content resonates with diverse listener groups, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts, to scale and align content strategies with overall product and business needs
- Create and contribute to content style guides and patterns, standards, and best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to Audible's voice and tone guidelines
- Develop strategies for extending and adapting the Audible brand voice into the product experience based on context
- Oversee content creation, curation, and governance processes, ensuring high-quality, timely, and relevant content delivery across all touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in content strategy, user experience design, and digital marketing
- Mentor and provide guidance to peers within the Product and UX org, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team
