Job Description:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules.
- Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and MID Servers .
- Strong scripting skills ( JavaScript, Glide API ) and integration experience.
- Exposure to cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) is a plus.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end ITOM solutions .
