Job Title: Shipping Coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC Zip Code: 28269 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract - 4 months Pay Rate: $20 - $23 / hour Schedule: 1st shift Keywords: #Shipping

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
Monitor and place daily orders into supplier systems
Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
Is self-motivated and able to work independently
Is a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
Is detail and results oriented with the ability to plan daily activities to meet delivery goals
Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel
Other duties or tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma/GED
Minimum of two years of experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehousing or similar field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and plan the daily work
Ability to work in a team
Analytical skills including utilizing a well-ordered approach to solving problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
