Job Title: Shipping Coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC Zip Code: 28269 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract - 4 months Pay Rate: $20 - $23 / hour Schedule: 1st shift Keywords: #Shipping

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
• Monitor and place daily orders into supplier systems
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Is a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Is detail and results oriented with the ability to plan daily activities to meet delivery goals
• Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
• Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel
• Other duties or tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of two years of experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehousing or similar field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and plan the daily work
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical skills including utilizing a well-ordered approach to solving problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
