**Job Title: SMT Machine Operator** **Responsibilities** + Hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs. + Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required. + Review and complete required production documentation. + **Operate and maintain SMT equipment** to ensure efficient production of electronic assemblies. + **Inspect and troubleshoot PCB assemblies** for quality assurance and process optimization. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency in assembly and soldering. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. + Understanding of blueprint and electronic assembly. + Familiarity with cleanroom and surface-mount technology. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Experience with SMT and electronic assembly. **Why Work Here?** Experience working in a brand-new facility with modern lighting and a climate-controlled environment. Work on one of the 7 SMT lines available. Second shift is from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. The facility offers a supportive work environment with a cafeteria and other modern amenities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
