Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel and snowblow sidewalks, walkways, customer entrances, and outdoor pathways.
• Maintain emergency exits and receiving areas to ensure safety.
• Apply ice melt as needed to prevent slip hazards.
• Report hazardous conditions promptly to management.
• Operate store-provided snow removal equipment safely.

Expectations:

• Snow removal is required when accumulation exceeds 1 inch.
• Complete all snow removal before the start of business each day, depending on snowfall.
• Availability during snow events, including early mornings and weekends, is essential.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to the store during inclement weather.

Qualifications:

• Dependable and available for flexible hours based on weather conditions.
• Physically capable of performing snow removal duties, including shoveling and snowblowing.
• Strong sense of responsibility, timeliness, and attention to detail.
