Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator Location Hybrid remote in Midway, UT :

Haven Haus Co, is a brick and mortar/online home decor and gift store located in Midway, Utah.

This job is flexible and part time. Perfect for a savvy design oriented person who wants the freedom and flexibility to unleash their creative gifts and grow a brand.

The commitment is a combination of work from home and monthly visits to our store in Midway UT for product shoots.

General Summary:

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for outreach to media and influencers, creating an influencer database, gifting product shipments, coordinating local and national influencer collaborations online and in store, and managing influencer recaps.

Additionally, this position requires weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo, photographing in store photo shoots and actively managing and posting Facebook/Instagram social media channels.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains influencer contact database
  • Researches and identifies key and trending influencers/creators that align with the overall brand positioning & marketing goals and ensure a diverse pool of creators
  • Outreaches to potential influencers weekly to engage on a gifting basis
  • Coordinates with inventory team and fulfills product send-outs to influencers
  • Monitors social for influencer mentions & tags
  • Develops and assembles monthly and weekly reports including partnership recaps, campaign summaries/learnings; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team
  • Helps create and organize internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.
  • Occasional administrative duties including reporting at management/owner team meetings, compiling and circulating meeting notes
  • Creating monthly/weekly graphics and email campaigns with avid knowledge and use of Klaviyo email platform.
  • Support the rest of the marketing team with additional tasks whenever needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in using Canva. Photoshop is a plus.
  • 1 year experience in influencer marketing or social media
  • Photography and/or iPhone camera skills
  • Expert understanding of KLAVIYO Email platform, Canva, Excel (advanced reporting), Mac Skills, Social Media, including Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
  • Passionate about home decor, fashion, social media and trends
  • Able to prioritize work effectively while juggling multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated to grow and learn
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
