We're seeking a proactive individual to help drive global content strategy and maximize our digital storytelling. This is a unique opportunity requires a blend of social strategy, marketing knowledge and project management skills!Responsibilities:Your Impact: What You'll Achieve
Orchestrate global communication and content localization, ensuring seamless planning with diverse stakeholders.
Synthesize business priorities for YouTube, actively connecting with relevant franchise and business leaders to align strategy.
Manage and develop comprehensive content calendars, keeping our global efforts on track.
Contribute significantly to our FY26 programming strategy, gathering insights and shaping engaging plans for each franchise.
Map and articulate localization strategies, providing clarity and support to regional teams.
Analyze video performance and measurement data to identify optimization opportunities and assess business impact.
Collaborate in ongoing prioritization sessions, influencing strategic decisions for our YouTube channels.
Share valuable insights on YouTube best practices, elevating our content approach.
Qualifications 3-4 years of proven experience, from entry-level to manager-level, demonstrating a sharp, detailed, and proactive approach.
Proficiency with YouTube Studio.
Strong analytical skills, including meticulous data entry.
Demonstrated expertise in AirTable and MS-Suite, including intermediate to proficient Excel skills for data management.
Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, adept at navigating diverse personalities and fostering positive relationships.
Skills Experience within entertainment ideally, kids programming.
