About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional who enjoys building relationships with referral partners, families, and community organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in social work, healthcare, or education who wants to broaden their impact in the senior care space. You’ll serve as a community ambassador — educating professionals and families about our services and the specialized care we provide for seniors, including those living with Dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
