Job Description

Woodfield Country Club is looking for an experienced Spa & Salon Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments for members, answering phones, and providing a high standard of customer service to our membership. Must have strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
Part-time hourly positions available. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following
Professional, courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.
Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.
Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
Possess a working knowledge of all facility opening/closing procedures.
Operate point of sale system and charge member appropriately for goods and services rendered.
Keep work area clean and presentable at all times.
Accurately schedule appointments for facials and massages, hair and nails.
Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury spa and/or salon environment required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of Encore/JONAS scheduling systems preferred
2 to 3 years experience in role or similar luxury hospitality experience preferred
