We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a network of twelve public charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students from twelve weeks old through twelfth grade. But we are more than schools—we are a movement of educators, families, and advocates transforming public education and expanding access to college and career opportunities for historically marginalized communities.
Driven by our pillars of Rigor and Love , we strive to ensure every student is known, loved, and prepared for academic and personal success. Our community lives by our PEAK values — Perseverance, Excellence, Adventure, and Kindness —and we aim to be the highest-performing school system in Colorado.
We seek mission-driven educators who lead with heart, maintain high expectations, and believe deeply in the potential of every student. You’re reflective in your practice, responsive to feedback, and passionate about providing consistent, joyful learning experiences—even on short notice.
