Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Montana/Wyoming (Base + Commission)
Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting qualified therapists (BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs) to support our growing programs in Montana and Wyoming.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top clinical talent
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, professional networks, and community organizations
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (healthcare/therapy recruiting preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with Montana and Wyoming markets is a plus
