**What We’re Looking For:**

* **Strong English Communication Skills** Exceptional command of both written and verbal English, enabling clear, concise, and confident communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
* **Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise** Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple departments and locations.
* **Proactive Sourcing Proficiency** Skilled in identifying and engaging top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Meta Ads, and employee referrals. Takes initiative to build strong pipelines beyond traditional channels.
* **Strategic and Solutions-Driven Mindset** Understands how to align hiring strategies with evolving departmental goals. Anticipates challenges and implements actionable, forward-thinking solutions to meet recruitment targets.
* **Professional and Poised Communicator** Maintains professionalism in all interactions, offering constructive communication without emotional reactivity. Demonstrates maturity and composure in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.
* **Tech-Savvy and Data-Oriented** Comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Sheets, Excel, and internal dashboards to ensure organized and data-driven decision-making.
* **Sense of Urgency with Strong Execution** Thrives in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Displays ownership and accountability in completing tasks with efficiency and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing to onboarding
* Create compelling job ads and campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
* Screen and interview applicants; coordinate with hiring managers and credentialing teams
* Maintain accurate hiring records and performance reports in our ATS and internal trackers
* Provide market insights and regular updates to stakeholders
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience through every interaction
* Cross-train and support key HR functions, including onboarding, benefits coordination, and general HR inquiries
