About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Trade Show Sales Consultant to represent Florida Power Management at local events and community gatherings. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, is comfortable working independently, and enjoys being on the move. You’ll be responsible for transporting and setting up a branded trailer, managing event logistics, engaging with potential customers, and driving qualified leads for our sales team.

Travel: You will be traveling all over central and south Florida, including Orlando, the Space Coast, Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater, Fort Myers, Naples, and Miami.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely drive and operate a branded trailer to local events, fairs, and community activities
  • Set up and manage event displays, ensuring an engaging and professional presentation.

     
  • Act as the face of the company, engaging with community members and educating them about the benefits of solar energy.
  • Collect and qualify leads, capturing accurate customer information for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Manage event schedules, logistics, and inventory of promotional materials.
  • Build strong community relationships and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize event effectiveness.

 

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but towing experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
  • Highly self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to different event environments.
  • Ability to lift and move event equipment as needed.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
