POSITION: Workers Comp Adjuster- Utah 

FULLTIME

LOCATION: Fully Remote 

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 

PAY RANGE: $75-85k/yr. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sr. Workers Compen Adjuster, lost time/indemnity claims from inception to close. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process
• Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Claims Background: 5+ years experience adjusting work comp lost time/indemnity level claims from initial contact to resolution
• Jurisdictional Experience: Colorado and Utah
• Active Adjusters' licenses : Utah Work Comp Adjuster License, or Home State Work Comp license that reciprocates

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
