**Warehouse Associate - Structural Steel** **Location:** Omaha, Nebraska **Shift Options:** - **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | **$19/hr** - **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM | **$21/hr** **** **Get Paid to Move Steel - No Experience with Cranes? No Problem.** Join a close-knit warehouse team handling structural steel. Whether you're experienced or not, we provide full training in overhead crane operation. If you're reliable, safety-driven, and physically ready to tackle the day, this long-term opportunity is built for you. **** **Key Responsibilities** + Operate overhead cranes to lift and move structural steel beams + Load trucks according to order sheets + Manage inventory in your assigned warehouse bay + Perform basic crane maintenance and cleanliness checks + Follow safety procedures and lifting protocols **** **Qualifications** + 6+ months of warehouse or equipment operation experience + Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred + Overhead crane experience is a plus (but not required) + Comfortable with fast-paced and outdoor-influenced work + Physically active and able to lift/move heavy items throughout the shift **** **Compensation & Benefits** + **$19/hr** on 1st Shift | **$21/hr** on 2nd Shift + Paid crane operation training + **70% of health insurance premiums covered** + **401(k) with 1% match up to 4%** + **5% annual bonus added to your 401(k)** **** **Work Environment** + Metal distribution center (clean but not climate controlled) + Required attire: steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt **** **Apply Today - Start Building Tomorrow** **Come be part of a team that builds America's backbone.
