**Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer | $17.00-$19.00/hr** Our client, a **leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center** in Greenwood, IN, is hiring **Warehouse Associates** to support their warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare beauty products for shipment to stores and customers nationwide. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active, this could be a great fit. **Schedule & Pay** + **Mon-Thur, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $17.00/hr** + **Mon-Thur, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM | $17.75/hr** + **Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $18.00/hr** + **Fri-Sun, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.00/hr** **Shift Differentials:** + Weekday Nights: +$0.75/hr + Weekend Days: +$1.00/hr + Weekend Nights: +$2.00/hr **What will you be doing?** + Picking and packing products using RF scanners + Sorting, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment + Replenishing inventory and organizing bins + Assisting with receiving and general warehouse support + Following all safety protocols and keeping work areas clean + Climbing stairs as needed to retrieve items **What do you bring?** + A positive, team-focused attitude + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift + Must be 18 years or older + Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but **not required** **What's in it for you?** + Weekly pay + Paid holidays + No experience needed - we train you! + Medical, dental, 401(k), and other benefits + Career growth opportunities **Additional Information:** _Note: Candidates must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen as part of the onboarding process._ **Ready to get started?
