Now Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift – Stoughton, WI

A fast-growing manufacturer supporting the clean energy sector is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations at its Stoughton, WI facility. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity ideal for a motivated leader with a background in warehouse management and a passion for operational excellence.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
• Location: Stoughton, WI
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Pay: Up to $70,000 annually (based on experience)
• Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee inventory control, staff supervision, and coordination of inbound and outbound material flow. This role is key to maintaining accurate inventory, efficient operations, and a safe, organized environment. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential, and Spanish language proficiency is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and lead a team of warehouse associates
• Ensure safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy through clear processes and daily oversight
• Manage receiving, storage, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
• Use ERP software to track materials, run reports, and monitor stock levels
• Analyze data and improve workflows using advanced Excel tools
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
• Maintain OSHA compliance and a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Act as a communication bridge between management and warehouse staff

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Proficiency with ERP systems (specific platform experience preferred but not required)
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and process optimization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Solid work history with strong reliability and tenure
