Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this part-time role, your primary focus will be on organizing built orders, securing them with tarps, and loading them onto trailers for next-day delivery. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory by restocking returned products and ensuring our warehouse remains clean and organized. With a convenient Monday-Friday schedule starting at 2:00 p.m. and up to 25-29 hours per week, this position offers a balanced work-life dynamic.

Job Responsibilities

The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Organize built orders and secure them with tarps in preparation for loading onto trailers.
  • Load tarped orders onto trailers for next-day delivery by our drivers.
  • Process returned products by placing them back into inventory once approved by the warehouse manager, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized by picking up trash, sweeping, and performing other routine cleaning tasks.
  • Assist in handling broken or damaged products by moving them to the designated breakers area for repacking.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.

Qualifications

To Be Considered For This Position, Candidates Should Possess

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift between 20-50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • Previous warehouse or related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Dependable and punctual with the ability to maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and work independently when required.
