What You’ll Do
As a Wine Consultant, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted guide to our guests. You’ll engage with customers, offer thoughtful recommendations, and create memorable experiences that turn casual shoppers into loyal clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your wine knowledge and make your mark on in-store events and displays.

Responsibilities include:
* Use your expertise to connect guests with the perfect bottle
* Lead with hospitality: greet, educate, and assist with wine selections and inquiries
* Stay on top of our featured wines, online promotions, and seasonal campaigns
* Plan and execute event and party orders with precision
* Represent Tower at tastings, community events, and educational sessions
* Advise on food pairings and build gift packages when needed
* Create, update, and maintain engaging in-store wine displays
* Keep shelves organized, clean, and well-stocked
* Help manage vintage transitions and signage updates
* Participate in inventory and other operational needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of wine industry or retail sales experience
* A strong foundation of wine knowledge, with a WSET certification or similar a major plus
* Existing client portfolio and passion for building local relationships
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic personality
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills
* A commitment to growth—both personal and professional

Note: Nights, weekends, and some holidays are part of the schedule. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
