Wisconsin Sales Manager – Food Equipment Industry

Location: Wisconsin (98% local travel, home almost every night)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor

About the Role:
We're seeking a driven, high-achieving Sales Manager to lead growth across the Wisconsin territory. You’ll take ownership of a loyal customer base, build long-term partnerships, and expand our footprint in food equipment, labels, and consumables. This is a rare opportunity to walk into a warm territory—with on-the-ground support, training, and a big list of buying accounts waiting for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing
• Grow sales of equipment, labels, and consumables
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with manufacturers and our Chicago office for product training
• Monitor competitors and trends in the marketplace
• Accurately forecast and log sales using company tools

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the food equipment industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong background in territory/account management and customer service
• Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Time management, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
• Experience with automation equipment and consumable sales is a plus
