Our client, a leader in HR Technology, is seeking a WorkDay Analyst to join their team. As a WorkDay Analyst, you will be part of the HR Technology department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Utilize your HR Technology experience to support the implementation and maintenance of Workday systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday Studio and Integration Studio solutions.
+ Develop and enhance Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate functionalities.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding Workday applications.
+ Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of HR Technology experience (e.g., Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
+ 2+ years of Workday Studio and Integration Studio experience.
+ 1+ year of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate experience.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
