• Schedule and confirm client appointments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, using persuasive communication to promote our services.
• Accurately maintain client records and appointment details in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and maximize client engagement.
• Continuously expand product and service knowledge to effectively assist clients.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (strong verbal and written communication skills).
• Customer service experience with a client-focused approach.
• Basic sales skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Confidence in outbound calling and engaging potential clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for business development and telemarketing.

Compensation:

• $12-$15 per hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities.
