#### About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in managing inventory-related financial records, tracking costs, reconciling accounts, and providing valuable financial insights to help guide decision-making. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, and experience with accrual-based accounting, we'd love to hear from you!

#### What You'll Do

⭐ Inventory & Financial Tracking
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor food and beverage costs.
- Reconcile inventory purchases, usage, and waste to ensure financial accuracy.
- Analyze inventory trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

⭐ Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
- Record daily transactions related to inventory with proper documentation and categorization.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes related to inventory purchases.

⭐ Compliance & Organization
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and best practices.
- Work with management to improve inventory control processes and reporting efficiency.
- Keep inventory records organized and up to date.

#### What We're Looking For

✅ Experience:
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is highly preferred.

✅ Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends in inventory and expenses.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

#### Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid role: 2 days onsite at the restaurant, 1 day remote.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams in both office and restaurant settings.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
