Location: Fully remote, must be local to Tampa
Required onsite quarterly for town hall meetings/as needed

Pay: $62,000-$65,000

Job description:

1. Serve as the operational subject matter expert, supporting service delivery and resolving customer inquiries through deep understanding of internal processes.
2. Generate, analyze, and distribute client-specific reports including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data requests.
3. Provide education and guidance to clients and providers, ensuring clarity on processes and system functionality.
4. Investigate and evaluate disputed claims, identifying root causes related to system configuration, processing, or contractual issues.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to address operational errors, recommend process improvements, and support special projects requiring detailed research.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of SQL
• JIRA
• Experience or certification in medical billing and/or coding a plus.

Requirements:

• Must have recent experience in health plan or healthcare services
• Ability to learn SQL queries
• Must be MS Office proficient
• Must be analytical, proactive, solutions and improvement focused, with strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
