Job Description Insight Global's Client is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Analyst to join the Data Access and Delivery Team. This position will focus on developing reporting content using Epic Cogito business intelligence tools, including creating components, metrics, Radar dashboards, Reporting Workbench reports (including Cogito SQL), and SlicerDicer queries. The role also requires expertise with SQL development in enterprise business intelligence tools, such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Tableau. The resource will specifically contribute to the implementation of the Epic Cupid cardiology module to support both non-invasive and invasive cardiology workflows, including procedure documentation and reporting. Skills and Requirements Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics and Epic reporting. Epic Certifications: Certified in Epic Cogito Fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, and Clarity and/or Caboodle Data Model. Epic Cupid Expertise: Expertise and/or certification in the Epic Cupid module (Invasive Cardiology). Cogito Reporting Tools: Strong experience with Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and development of metrics and components. SQL Development: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational and dimensional databases (SQL Server, Oracle). Business Intelligence Tools: Experience developing visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI platforms. Enterprise Access Management: Experience provisioning access to BI content and Epic Cogito functionality (e.g., RWB Export). Analytics Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the analytics development life cycle from requirements gathering through production publishing. Metadata & Governance Tools: Preferred experience with analytics catalogs like Epic Analytics Catalog and Collibra for metadata management and data governance.
